The railjet stands for speed, comfort, design and service. Depending on the class, the service concept covers everything from a restaurant car to at-seat service.
The Business Class ticket includes a welcome drink, at-seat service and seat reservation.
The First Class offers at-seat service .
In Economy Class, there is a railjet trolley service with coffee, cold beverages and snacks.
All our passengers have free access to the Railjet onboard portal, providing internet access, travel-information, onboard entertainment including a wide range of newspapers and magazines on e-paper.
The Passenger Information System will keep you up to date during your journey on the ÖBB railjet. Timetable information is displayed on 80 monitors throughout the train. The Passenger Information System also has an electronic reservation display so you can easily find your seat.
Apart from the railjet team, staff at the ÖBB railjet Infopoint will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
The ÖBB railjet offers special equipment and services to passengers with limited mobility:
