Practical information

To travel on Eurostar you must book, which you can do up to four months before departure. Earlier booking is likely to mean cheaper tickets.

You must check in at least 30 minutes before departure, or 10 minutes before departure if you have a Business Premier ticket or Eurostar™ carte blanche. You’ll find the check-in gates at the “departures” entrance.

Before check-in, citizens of non-EU countries must complete a landing card to hand to immigration staff. Landing cards are available from Eurostar staff.

Travellers carry their own luggage on Eurostar trains. You can also take your bike on board, provided you can fold it to no more than 120cm in length. Otherwise you’ll need to reserve a place for your bike on your train, or use the Eurostar registered baggage service.
